We are not the cheapest coverage out there, and there is a reason for that. We do not offer partial value insurance of the type that would pay for a water leak in your house, that damaged your kitchen floor, as an example. We are not here to cover small claim amounts of 10-50k in damage. We are here to cover the total loss of a structure, due to fire, flood, tornados, hurricanes etc. If damage is severe enough we will cover damage in excess of 50% of the structure value. This does not include the land value. New world insurance has low operating overhead, and is low profit. Most of the premiums go to pay claims, in fact, 83% of premiums went to pay claims in 2025. We don’t deny claims for arbitrary reasons, nor do we derate the payout due to depreciation. We cover the cost of rebuilding in todays labor rates. We do manage reconstruction to keep costs low from contractors, in order to continue to offer this premium private insurance service. We reserve the right to manage contractors or assign a Construction management firm or consultant for this purpose.
